I spent almost 40 years in the building trades. Because of that, I’m always very critical of the contractors that we’ve hired. Santiago kept his crew on point. These guys did an amazing amount of prep work. They didn’t cut any corners that I could see and gave us a really amazing end product. Ours is the house just recently posted on their FB page, dark blue with black shutters and white trim. Very happy with the work and I feel like the price was very fair for the work they did.
As a first time homeowner, I did not know many things about buying or maintaining a house. One thing I did know, however, was the house needed a paint job. I was very fortunate to have come across Santiago and Bryan Pro Painting. Santiago was very courteous and professional. Our living room ceilings are very high and other contractors were either charging an exorbitant amount or stating they could not guarantee a good job on the ceiling. Santiago and his team painted our whole house in just about a week, at a reasonable price, so that it was ready for our move-in. Fast forward a year, and I am happy to report the paint job has held beautifully and the interior of the house looks great. I highly recommend Bryan Pro Painting.

Santiago and team did an amazing job with with the front of our home. Due to sun damage, the old exterior paint was flaking off to the point we were considering residing the entire house. Reassuringly, Santiago stated he could get the finish almost back to new. Within a few days of hard work, I could not be more impressed with the results and overall experience. Santiago provided an honest estimate and with detail, explained the process from start to finish. The project was completed timely even with unexpected rain delays. Santiago and his partner were AMAZING!! He responded quickly to my inquiry. Started the job within two days. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done our dining room had multiple layers of wallpaper that needed to be removed. The work is immaculate! What a great job by Santiago and his team at Bryan Pro Painting. Santiago was early every day and eager to work. They were very respectful in the house and were sure to cover everything before painting, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We attempted to do some custom work to a wall that they had already painted which I messed up a little, and Santiago repaired it and repainted it at no extra cost! He was very reasonably priced! He made my house look entirely brand new again. Between removing a bunch of old wallpaper, and new trim throughout the house, and installing new laminate flooring, we could not be any happier.
Santiago and his team were great to work with. Very punctual, quiet, and professional. He fixed and painted 4 closets in my home and did a great job and the cost was reasonable. I am looking forward to working with him again on another project.
