I spent almost 40 years in the building trades. Because of that, I’m always very critical of the contractors that we’ve hired. Santiago kept his crew on point. These guys did an amazing amount of prep work. They didn’t cut any corners that I could see and gave us a really amazing end product. Ours is the house just recently posted on their FB page, dark blue with black shutters and white trim. Very happy with the work and I feel like the price was very fair for the work they did.
Santiago was great! We needed to paint our kitchen in a fairly tight time schedule and Santiago came same day to give us a quote (very fair!) and was able to help us meet our deadline so we could tile the following week. We lost power on Day 1 but Santiago worked without power to help us stay on track. He even helped pick up paint when I had to leave with my one year old to go to in-laws with power. Will use again!
What a great job by Santiago and his team at Bryan Pro Painting. Santiago was early every day and eager to work. They were very respectful in the house and were sure to cover everything before painting, and cleaned up at the end of the day. We attempted to do some custom work to a wall that they had already painted which I messed up a little, and Santiago repaired it and repainted it at no extra cost! He was very reasonably priced! He made my house look entirely brand new again. Between removing a bunch of old wallpaper, and new trim throughout the house, and installing new laminate flooring, we could not be any happier.
